Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will be hosting our annual Cruise-In for our patients/residents and the community on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 5:00pm-7:30pm. This is free to the public and to the participants. Food, raffle and 50/50 tickets available for purchase.

All proceeds go towards our Compassionate Hearts scholarship fund.  With the money that we raised at last year’s event, we are able to award three local 2024 graduating seniors going in to the healthcare field  with the following scholarships: $1000, $750, and ,$500. We are hoping to be able to do the same for the 2025 seniors.
